Q: How do I manage my mailing list each month for the 12 Month Marketing Program?

A: Simplicity is key. We've created a master mailing list under the 12 Month Marketing Program within our Online Customer Service (OCS) platform. Your master mailing list contains all address information and can be edited at anytime. For more details on how to edit your list, check out a video at How to Edit Your List

Q: I noticed that I can choose different topics for certain touch points, such as College Planning, Insurance or Retirement Planning for the July post card. How do I make that selection?

A: When you enroll, you'll have the opportunity to make the selection on the enrollment form. You'll also be able to change your selection up to two weeks prior to the distribution month. For example, with the July postcard you would need to contact us by mid-June with any changes.

Q: On months that have a direct mail piece and eNewsletters, will I be billed twice that month?

A: No, even though there are multiple touch points within that month you will only be billed for the direct mail touch point that month. We used this blended rate pricing model to help distribute the costs evenly throughout the year for you.

Q: I really like sending the Let's Talk Financial Wellness® newsletter to my clients every other month. However, I noticed that with the 12 Month Marketing Program the December touch point is a holiday card. Can I send the January/February issue of the newsletter instead?

A: Yes. If you would prefer to have the January/February newsletter mailed to your clients instead of a holiday card, we can do that for you at no additional charge. Contact customer service to request the change.
